REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Gavin's Allye Designs does NOT accept returns or give refunds! Once your purchase is made it CANNOT be canceled for any reason.

We will make your order according to your specifications. Because the product is completely personalized, we can NOT accept returns or give a refund, so please check your order for correctness or message us with any questions before submitting your order.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order and we will try our best to resolve any problems.

If there is an error on the shop's part we will gladly send you the corrected item after we receive the incorrect item back at the shop. Colors can vary from monitor to screen please look at your item on several different screens to make sure it is the color you want.

We will not cancel or refund an order unless there is an error on our part. If you order it the transaction is final. Again, once a purchase is made you will not be able to cancel for any reason so please check your order to be sure.

SHIPPING

There are no refunds for not reading our shop policies and announcements before ordering.

Current turn around time is 3-4 weeks.

We use USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Express is also available during checkout.

You will receive an email when the item(s) have shipped.

We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping. Once we leave the package at the post office we have no control over delivery. If your tracking information states that an item has been delivered but you have not received it please contact your local post office.

All orders will ship to the shipping address you provided unless you specify otherwise at checkout, so please make sure you have the correct address listed, and that it is spelled correctly. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses because of spelling errors or an incorrect address listed on your order. If you have placed an order with incorrect shipping information, please message us as soon as possible so that we may correct the address before shipment.

Please list all the information requested in the notes to seller.
The average turnaround time on items is assumed once the completed information for an order is received. If the information is missing, we will attempt to contact you. Once the missing information is received, the turnaround time starts over.
